Found Videos II

Following this previous post, here are some more links to brilliant Japan-related video work.

Samuel Cockedey, a Frenchman living in Tokyo, has produced a beautiful series of timelapse video pieces featuring the city both by day and night; the changing light, the incredible vistas of the sky and the city below, the movement of traffic, the buildings.

It’s truly spectacular work.

Yuki Eikawa (who produced videos featured in my older post) has been moving forward at a phenomenal pace, with a DVD/Blu-Ray now available and a large number of new videos from Japan and around the world on his YouTube page.

Some beautiful nature images from Yakushima in southern Japan.

And some excellent footage of the Kanamara Matsuri, an annual fertility festival held in Kawasaki which features an extraordinary number of phallus-shaped objects.
