Surface Texture I

In most countries roads are generally covered in dirt, concrete, gravel or asphalt. Once driveways are included one can often see more decorative surfaces – crazy paving, stone or brick tiles for example.

As with many other things, Japan seems to up the variety.

For the first in a series of posts, here’s an example of decorative but rather pointless addition to the surface of a small access road leading to a community centre.
