  1. Oh light pollution. Poor birds/frogs/moths/nocturnal mammals/insects of all sorts. Oh, and poor us.

    • The kind of thing you see here is in an area already pretty much devoid of such creatures. Far too late for the little lovely animals. Given it’s all concrete and asphalt, these lights do add some very cool colourful interest. I do agree that it’s sad our big cities have so little coexistence of technology and nature. There are some huge parks, but also huge areas without anything green. It would be so good if things could be combined.
