    • It gets people out in the fresh air. Pity those in Tokyo in summer though – full uniform, jacket and helmet in the roasting heat and humidity – employed but not paid danger money!

  2. yeah but these ”safety” people create danger!! i’m always around tokyo on my bike, and as there is always road construction going on somewhere, these guys are fart-arsing around like headless chickens and running out onto the road without even looking!! countless occasions i’ve had to swerve, sometimes hit and always yell at them!! … they are a nuiscance!!
